Case Carrier Portal
This is something very unique to eKadence, where we have a dedicated experience for case carriers.
- A case carrier is someone like a guidance counselor, special ed teacher, social worker, or even therapists.
- They are able to manage caseloads of students, and track how they are doing in their regular classes.
- If they see one of their students’ scores dropping for example, they can easily see what that student is doing in that class and schedule intervention meetings.
- Teachers also have visibility of these caseloads and allows for better understanding between student and teacher.
Parent Portal
- Perhaps less relevant in a university setting, but with the lower grades, parents can self-register accounts to see all the work their child is doing, check their realtime and historic scores at any time, and in general see the students’ overall activities.
- Parents also have Chat feature and can chat with a teachers privately or as a group with the student included.
- Parents can view attendance.
